My favourite is a 'spin step up' session - after a warm up at a comfortable resistance level, do 4 mins at 90 rpm, 3 at 95, 2 at 100, 1 at 105, then start again, and keep this up for an hour

I tend to use TrainerRoad mostly but love the sufferfest workouts. The videos are engaging which is good as the turbo can be dull but the workouts are awesome. Never fails to get me dripping in sweat! Lots of fast intervals for the most part.

I don't know as I'd go quite as far as saying I have a favourite! (does favourite imply that you like the thing in question or is it just the preferred option....hmmmmm)
But the best of a bad bunch would have to be just a nice steady sweetspot workout, maybe the lower half of SS/upper tempo so it's not too much like hard work.
I'm hoping that the days of the turbo are limited, not long until the clocks change now.
So it's another wet and windy weekend. Sometimes you feel you can brave heading out, sometimes you don't and succumb to the turbo or rollers!
When you do, what's your favourite turbo session? Or if you don't have a particular favourite, what do you do to alleviate the boredom of being indoors?
