You are right that the site renders best on a laptop, but you can still access from at phone.

On the page look at the left hand menu in the grey bar:

• click on Cycling
  
• underneath you get more options, click on Cycling tops
  
• even more options appear, click on Cycling vests
  
  

The gilets are in there.
