So the planned stop at Panshill Fishery is closed. The new route will take us to The George & Dragon at Quainton and is as follows:

From Buckingham to Gawcott, Padbury, Thornborough, Nash, Great Horwood, Little Horwood, Mursley, Stewkley, Cublington, Whitchurch, Pitchcott to our Tea stop at Quainton around the 30 mile mark. Then back home via Botolph Claydon, Calvert, Chetwode, Preston Bissett and Gawcott.

Distance: 47 miles
Ascent: 2034 feet
Speed: 15-16mph

Ten of us set off this morning heading to a very busy George and Dragon at Quainton - Malcolm, John G, Adam, Phil, Anton, Paul W, James, Julian and John (sorry, don't know your last name) and myself. Adam left us at Gt Horwood. Latter John left us at Quainton finding the going a bit tough after a month off and a fast ride yesterday (hope you made it home safely and your legs recover soon. Once again the wind added an extra challenge to our ride but the very welcome sunshine more than made up for it. As usual the food and service was excellent at the G&D. Thanks to everyone for the company.
