I’ve volunteered to organise some mountain bike rides for the club.
So this post if to try and get an idea of what level of interest there is in mountain bike events, and for what sort of events.
I’d be grateful if anyone who might be interested in attending some MTB events could reply below or by message answering the questions below.
Would you prefer:
a) Local events on bridleways etc.?
b) Trips to Cannock Chase, Thetford, and etc.?
c) Downhill MTB events (Aston Hill etc.)?
d) Longer distance events (Roads/Tow-paths/Tracks etc.)?
e) More than one or all of the above, and if so which?
For local events around footpaths/bridleways would you prefer:
a) Weekday evening events?
b) Weekend events?
For longer trips (Cannock etc.) would you prefer:
a) Saturday
b) Sunday
c) A weekday
Can you give me an idea of your level of experience on a MTB as this will affect where we might go:
a) Absolute beginner
b) Intermediate
c) Expert
Any other thoughts/comments?
If I get a reasonable level of interest I’ll organise a selection of events over the summer as required and we can see how it goes from there.
