How about Cafe 94 at Waddesdon or Stratton Audley. Not sure about wind direction though as it could be against us on the way back.

OK, I propose a trip out to the community cafe at Bugbrook
70k rolling
We will take the reverse route from last time
Up Stowe Avenue, passed Silverstone, up to Abthorpe, through Blakesley, onto Litchborough, over the A5 to Bugbrook and Cafe stop.
Then to Gayton, Blisworth, Shutlanger, back over the A5, Paulerspury, Wicken, and home through Leckhamstead and Maids Morten.I make this about 2.40 on the road

Happy to go with that. Can't download the route - it's private. There is also another cafe I have been recommended in Bugbrook so we could consider that too.

Hi Pat, Good of you to volunteer to lead the ride. Not sure whether you know by I'm the rides coordinator for the club. I need to register you as a ride leader, so please could you email me your preferred email address and I'll add you to the ride leaders group. Every week, I coordinate who will lead the rides and update the official calendar. Ride leaders then update the forum. There's not fixed expectation as a ride leader other than some basic principles and the commitment to lead at least 1 ride every month or so. Welcome to the group!

Great ride today, well done all for 15mph average with all the climbing before the stop at Bugbrook.
Great also to see the sun as we got back to Maids Morten, looks quite pleasant out their now.
Let me know your favourite cafe stop, and I'll sort a route. Aiming for 15-16mph as usual for midweek, but very happy to adapt.
Weather looks bright and warm 16c, breezy 13-15 from the NW
1st whole school day back for the Buckingham school, so 9:15 start to avoid the car park chaos
! Warm - he said. Please dress appropriately for feels like 10c !
