Destination: Harley’s Equestrian
Distance: 45 miles
Pace: 16 mph Ave.
Duration: ride time 3hrs 30min all me thinks but punctures not included!
Gradients: so it’ll be N’ants Rolling terrain with some 1650 of accenting, easy after last week ah!
Route: we will be heading out to Silverstone, Maidford, Woodford Halse to HE at 21 mls back through Eydon, Heldon, Syresham, Westbury, Tingewick and on to home to finish.
hope to be there but out with my cousins the night before for a yearly catch up so you never know!!!
