  • Lovely sunny day looming, with a light wind from the NE. A perfect opportunity to head North for a change and take in the rolling Northants countryside.
    This week we will head for Stoke Bruerne Canal Museum cafe, via a circuitous route heading North then East through Fosters Booth, to the stop. Returning direct via Whittlebury.

    Route: Chackmore, Dadford, Silverstone, Bradden, Greens Norton, Banbury Lane, Cold Higham, Fosters Booth, Gaydon, Blisworth, Stoke Bruerne, Shutlanger, Whittlebury, Lillingstone Dayrell, Maids Moreton, Buckinghanam.

    It doesn't get much better this this, so grab your bike and meet me at the Swan Pool at 08:45 to sign the ride sheet, setting off at 09:00.
