24 mile Leisure ride around the Villages West and North of Buckingham.
Come and join me on a gentle ride winding along some of the quieter roads and lanes, exploring the countyside around our town. Stopping for refreshments at Stowe visitor centre, before returning to Buckingham.

Route: Gawcott - Finmere - Cottisford - Evenly - Mixbury - Shalstone - Welch Lane - Stowe (cafe) - Chackmore - Buckingham

The usual caveat: Helmets must be worn, sorry. Bring along a spare innertube/Puncture repair kit, and a drink for the journey.

Weather: Is looking good for the morning, with some sun and light wind from the Northwest. A chance of a shower in the afternoon, but we should be home before then.

Hoping to encourage new riders to the club, who wish to explore new routes with company, for security and support. As well as returning riders after a lay off, wishing to get their fitness back before joining the three other club rides.

Keen to come but riding to Buckingham might just be a pedal too far just yet - been on holiday the last 3 weeks and still recovering from hip op. However you are passing my front door on your way out - could you pick me up on your way past?
