To-Night we had 7 attendees out on the track for what was a sunny evening but again with a typical Silverstone wind this time from a northerly direction with very little shelter! For example on our segment from the start to Club Corner I was 13 secs to the good but all gone by the top of the F1 straight then +50 secs by the finish - hard plus the highest HR I've seen in years! no wonder the Garmin told me to rest for 34 hours - no chance... Anyway some shuffling of the peleton so the speak, the results have been added to the opening post, ok.. Well done Guys
