I have an Ultegra crankset with a Hollowtech II BB for sale.
Has a few hundred miles on it and is virtually spotless. I swapped it out for a compact not long after I bought the bike it came on.
One very small mark on the driveside crank (see additional photo) and one on the non-drive side just above the E.
The BB is not from this actual crank and is unused. It was originally off an MTB crankset that I mounted using a Hope BB.
