  • A ride to the Quince and Clover cafe, Great Tew. (Yes, it is the third posting now, I am hopeful we will actually complete the ride this week as we have the weather on our side for the first time...)

A new cafe this week (I think). The photos look great and it's rated 4.9 out of 5 on Google, so hopefully it does not dissapoint.

Riding the loop anticlockwise, we will head out towards Banbury on Welsh Lane before dropping down into Fathinghoe, then Somerton and across. Cafe at 32 miles then home via Lower Heyford and Caversfield.

60 miles in total with a faily standard 2900ft of climbing. I'm pleased to say the cafe is located at the highest elevation of the route! Pace will be 18-19mph.

Weather looks good - cloudy with some sun, 20 degress, and a SW wind to carry us home

    See you Sunday,

    James
