Midweek C Ride - 3rd November

Sorry to break with the 'Dynamic Duo' format of recent weeks but I am pressed for time tomorrow so Preston Capes a bit too far away.
So, if you are interested in a slightly shorter, C-paced midweek outing, here is a familiar loop out to Croughton and back.

Thinking about tomorrow...I put a message on Whatsapp the other day to say that the road from Chetwode to Stratton Audley is likely to be closed for two weeks from yesterday due to HS2 works. Obviously I'm not sure if you'll be able to get a bike through...sometimes you can, but other times you can't.

It might be worth continuing past the P Bissett / Chetwode junction and going through Twyford, Poundon etc?

Thank you all for routing comments - I have rechecked with one network and my route joins the Chetwode to Stratton road just after the road closure so we should be ok.

It’s a shame that your route takes you off road as you approach Chetwode, but it might work??
