Your ‘Swan Wheelers Cycling Club’ will be holding our 2022 AGM in the function room at the Woolpack, in the ‘Cote Barn’ starting at 7:00pm on Friday 8th April.
All members are entitled and encouraged to attend please. We will be reporting on the year just gone, looking at the club's finances, electing the committee for the coming year, discussing any member issues raised and present to our Clubs Awards winners, also there will be a mid-interval break with hot food available too.
Importantly if you want to vote or stand for the committee at the AGM, you'll need to have renewed your membership before the 4th April, expect for those that have already renewed/joined us in 2022.
The agenda is attached laying out the election nomination process with the officer role descriptions. The nomination process was simplified previously & all nominations must be done ahead of the AGM. Members can then cast their votes for each role at the meeting were required. All the committee positions need to be filled so if you are interested in standing for any of the positions, please see the details in the attachment plus if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me or message me at @PaulW
Whilst we have two major positions to fill, Chairperson & Web Admin, a number of the Committee are willing to continue for at least another year but it is always good to have new blood coming through to support our committee, so if anyone would like seek election for any of the roles we will be more than happy to put it to the vote on the night.
We need to confirm the attending numbers with the Woolpack to determine our food order, so are you Attending? YES then you know what to do just tap the attending button please, by Tuesday 5th April - Thank You
