Hello Chris, thanks for posting a route. I've registered but should say that 15 mph is unrealistic for me in winter conditions - heavier tyres, metal bike, firm breezes, abundant clothing. I've only managed 12 or 13 point something in eight rides since November, but might come close to an average of 14 if I worked hard and slipstreamed.
However, if I was losing too much ground after coffee I'd be happy to meander home solo.
