SWCC B Ride - Sunday 19-Feb-23

This weeks B ride is a 45-mile loop stopping at Fox Farm Cafe (formally Limes), Farthinghoe. The route is typical South Northants, a tad lumpy with less potholes than our local roads. We ride out to Stowe, Silverstone, Abthorpe, Sulgrave then Farthinghoe at mile 25. The homeward trip takes us down the wind assisted Charlton to Evenly straight, so something to look forward to.

Gien the time of year and elevation gain I suspect the average speed will be c.14.5mph, 15 at a push. If you fancy it then please tap the 'I'm Attending button and I look forward to meeting up at 08:45hrs for a 09:00hrs depart.

@StewartB - the junction of Church Lane and Featherbed Lane (between Mixbury and Fulwell) on your route home is due to be completely closed from tomorrow for a month; see:

It’s going to be a bit of a limitation for our rides to the west!

Sadly closed again 😢 been wondering for awhile what’s going to happing here?
@StewartB Chetwode is also closed until Mon 20th, maybe passable though on Sunday, maybe not??
