It's been a while since we visited Waterperry but always a nice destination in the warm weather. We follow a fairly well-established route, fairly flat in the main but with a few climbs on the way out (Ashendon, Canons Hill, Chilton) and Brill on the way back to liven things up.
Distance: 55 miles / 89km, with the stop at 28 miles / 46km
Ascent: approx. 2300 ft / 700m
Speed: 17+ mph
Weather looks fine for Sunday morning: cloudy and warm (20C), light SSE wind, rain not forecast until later in the afternoon
