I’m not able to lead this ride tomorrow unfortunately and any further ones at the moment, happy to help and aid anyone with courses etc if and when required. Woken this morning yet again with a swollen & painful right knee not for the first time sadly, hope to be back in the saddle as soon as possible 🧐
