The Swan Wheelers Cycling Club 2024 AGM will be at the Buckingham Cricket Club, from 7:00pm on Friday 3rd May and of course you are all welcome. We will be reporting on the year past, looking at the club's finances, electing the committee, discussing any of your issues raised and of course presenting the Clubs Award winners.
Most Importantly if you want to vote or stand for the committee at the AGM, you'll need to have renewed your membership before hand. Haven't? then head for the Join tab on the website.
The agenda is attached laying out the election nomination process with the officer role descriptions.
The nomination process is as previous years and must be done ahead of the AGM, by May 1st. Members can then cast their votes for each role at the AGM were required. All the committee positions need to be ratified/elected so if you are interested in standing for any of our committee positions, please see the details in the attachment and of course if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me or a current committee member.
All the current positions are to be voted on IF we have candidates to fill them, we are currently running with a limited 5 members on the committee and this needs to be re-enforced with your help, please. So, if anyone would like to help in the running of our club it would be appreciated.
We need to confirm the attending numbers to determine our food order please, so just tap the attending button please, by May 1st - Thank You
