This may be another One Network red herring, a friends Strava route yesterday included going from Shutlanger to Blisworth and he didn't post up anything about the road being closed. Hopefully they just haven't started the work yet.
@MarkE road defo closed but cyclist to use the narrow footpath, thankfully it was just us on it!
