This week we are doing a slightly longer ride (100km) to the cafe at Harrold Country Park. Pace will be 17mph and above, with no riders dropped.

If you are happy to start earlier then please comment below. Rain is forecast from 13:00 and it would be nice to stay dry.

Note the revised start time of 08:30 so that we aren't out all day and so we miss any rain that we may get in the afternoon.

I suggest we meet at 08:20 for a prompt departure.
