Hi, a couple of club guys have been over for and I've had the pleasure of visiting Majorca 3 times now for some cycling fun in early March. A few of the you have expressed an interest so hence this post. Some background: I've travel independently previously (not a package tour) with my Bossard mates based at the norther end between Pollensa & Alcudia, I now have some grounding on were to ride etc and yes you've guessed looking to go again in 2016 so wondering if any one would be interesting in going either by package and self booking?
Some further thoughts:
1) On the bike side of this previously I've packed and carried a bike over (£115 inc transfers) but its just as cost effective to hire one locally now I've decided, (£120)
2) March, its been out of Stanstead by Easyjet... now can from Luton (£70)
3) Stayed at http://www.clubpollentia.com/ good rooms & plenty of good food, normally full of TRi and cyclists this time of the year, (£260 [Mar2015])
4) Weather in Feb/Mar can be a little changeable/variable, mainly dry, wind can be fun.. need to consider April next time?
Anyway there you go for now and yer lets just chat if interested and any questions to just type away
