Hi All - here is the route for the Medium Ride on Sunday. It's at the upper end of the mileage target (39miles) with a few lumpy bits, which is a bit reckless considering I have only ridden once since April (which was last week's Leisure ride).
Therefore, I can guarantee we will respect the speed target for a medium ride - purely so I can hold onto my own ride! Leaders prerogative to make pre-ride excuses.....
Anyhow, looks like a beautiful morning forecast and I plan a healthy cafe stop at Green Dragon Eco Farm.
