This week we are of on a loop up east and north initially, then across west towards Whittlebury, where, if we are lucky, we should meet the Leisure riders. Our coffee stop is about half way round our loop at 16 miles, total ride around 32 miles.

Forecast look good for a change: full sunshine but fairly cold at 6-9 degrees C so wrap up warm.

Hi Guys, unfortunately, the throat bugs have got me and so I don't feel up to riding tomorrow morning.
Sorry to let you down, but if one of you could stand in, I can send you the ride sheet with ICE details.
