2019 agm

We the Swan Wheelers Cycling Club will be holding our 2019 AGM in the function room at Prego starting 7:30pm on Friday 5th April 2019.

All members are entitled and encouraged to attend. We will be reporting on the year just gone, looking at the club's finances, electing the committee for the coming year, discussing any member raised issues and handy out the Swan Wheelers Awards, So who of you is going to be a winner?

If you want to vote or stand for the committee at the AGM, you'll need to have renewed your membership before the 5th April . There has already been a post on this subject on the forum about renewing and a few have already done so, thank-you. Please accept this as another reminder as it will expire on the 31st March 2019.

The agenda is attached laying out the election nomination process for the election with officer role descriptions. The nomination process has been simplified for this year all nominations must be done ahead of the meeting. Members can then cast their votes for each role at the meeting. If you are interested in standing for any of the positions, please see the details in the attachment and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me or message me at @PaulW

The present Committee have all committed themselves to continue for at least one more year but it is always good to have some new blood coming through to support our club, so if any one would like seek election for any of the roles we will be more than happy to put it to the vote on the night and /or move aside.

There are two Photo Competitions to be won so have you got any Club related pictures/selfies would like to present us with to judge? Its been decided to add Swans Whats App Picture Group, so please all you have to do is notify me at @PaulW with you mobile number and I'll add you to the group so you can post your pictures to it or you can just email us at swanwheelerscc@gmail.com - all in aid of a laugh!

I need to confirm the attending numbers with Prego to determine how many pizzas we need, please indicate if you will be attending by clicking on "Yes, I'm attending" by Tuesday 2nd April - Thank You

The new “Swan WCC Club Photo’s” WhatsApp group is now up and definitely running! The memories, some good ones are flooding in!

For the photo’s there has to be more surely, not many IoW pics yet...
