New month means Gran Fondo challenge time again - so the C Fondo ride will head on a 50 mile route (with around 2,700 ft of climbing!) north through Whittlebury and Silverstone then west to sulgrave and a half-way stop at Limes Farm at Farthinghoe. Then returning south and east through Kings Sutton and Evenley finishing with a loop through Finmere, Preston Bissett and Gawcott before a final sprint (optional!) to Buckingham .
Forecast is sunny intervals and a gentle breezefrom the south west.
Bring food and plenty of water.

Still trying to get back into cycling. This may look like the opportunity. What average speed do you reckon you'll be doing? I should be able to do between 14 and 15 but no more, so just checking as I don't want to slow anyone down.
