Good Morning Swans
I am leading the 100-mile ride, a perfect chance to give a century ride a go at a 15MPH pace as a group being the aim of the game and an opportunity to shorten. I plan to join the main cafe stop, followed by an additional stop at 80 miles to recharge bidons and quick expresso. Please ensure you have two bidons and food, as eating on the go is a must.Distance: 100 Miles
Parcours rolling 900m / 3000 ft

Good Morning All,
Looking like a splendid day for a bike ride tomorrow, so don your sun cream and pop some ice in your bidon! We are off to Haddenham, one of only three "wychert (or whitchet) villages" in England. Wychert is a method of building with a white clay mixed with straw to make walls and buildings, which are then thatched or topped with red clay tiles. The village appears in the second Muppet film, The Great Muppet Caper. Having been forced to fly in an aeroplane's baggage hold, Kermit the Frog, Fozzie Bear and Gonzo are thrown out of the plane and land in Haddenham's Church End pond.- Distance 48.16 mi

Good evening Swans,
I've had to swoop in last minute to lead this one. We will be riding to Upper Hayford to Spokes for a cheeky sausage roll at a pace that suits all. The weather looks a bit overcast but dry.
Here is the well rode route

Hello Swans,
In a bid to replace the Silverstone Cup, which we feel has become overpriced (2 laps in now £21), and create a social event, we now have a fabulous new challenge. In the "Gawcott Challenge Cup", it's simply turn up at the Crown pub in Gawcott, ride the route as fast and as safely as you can, and then reward your effort with a tasty beverage. The time set will be your starting point; we will then meet monthly to see how we are progressing and give some encouragement and partake in a tasty beverage. Sept 22nd will be the final event, and notably, the time set will be used to measure your improvement over the summer. The most improved rider will be awarded the fabled "Gawcott Challenge Cup" ( due to cost of living increases, it may look very similar to the Silverstone Cup).
