Hello,
Here it is, my monthly step-up ride, 17mph+, with a no-drop policy. The only real climb is before the coffee stop so you can rest your legs. The first few miles are flat main road, so you can find your legs on the way out and ease the sting on the final few miles. The main objective is to have fun and push yourself a little harder, but most of all, feel great about your achievement at the end of the ride.Distance: 51miles
Parcour: flat with a little bump before coffee
Weather: lovely for the time of year. light breeze, sun and dry

Hello All,
So it's getting to that time of year to polish off your mudguards and wash the mildew off your rain cape. This is my monthly step-up ride so remember, if you want to run with the big dogs, you can't piss like a puppy; if you're going to fly with the eagles, you have to F*#k in the mountains blah blah blah.Well, forget all that; this is a 17.5>18mph ride that tickles over 50 miles, so a great chance to test yourself in a supportive group of faster riders with some lovely back wheels to hug. So please don't be shy. Please give it a bash!
Distance:e 51 Miles
Parcour: Some lumps around the cafe stop
Weather: wet, 16c, wind 11>16mph

Hello Swans,
I've come out of A ride retirement to do a step-up ride. We will be riding 17.5mph to give you the comfort to join and push yourselves but not have your legs torn off. We will be teaching some more advanced group riding like "on & off" and the chain gang. I have decided to use the same route as Stewart giving the chance to join the B ride home or swap on the A from the B. -

Good Morning Pens & Cobs,
It is time to meet as a Bevy (it seemed more appropriate than a bank, the other collective noun for a group of grounded swans. given our propensity for Bevy). So let's make a glorious wedge and fly south; you'll be glad to know that all my swan references are exhausted.Destination: Wild Raven Farm Shop Fenn Farm https://www.wildraven.co.uk/tea-room/
