Hi Swans
This Sunday the B ride is heading on a 45 mile route to Twyford for the well earned half way refreshments.
After initially heading North to Stowe, we will circle back round via Water Stratford, Finmere, Heath, Stratton Audley, Marsh Gibbon and Edgcott before reaching our stop around the 24 mile mark.
Once re-fuelled its back to Edgecott, past Quainton and on to Botolph then East Claydon, Winslow, Verney Juntion, Lenborough, Gawcott and home.
There will be no A ride this Sunday due to our regular leaders doing the Peak district away day so A riders come and join us and enjoy a more leisurely B pace.
The weather forecast looks as though it will be dry and warm so I look forward to seeing you all on Sunday morning.
As always, please click the "I'm Attending" button.
Cheers,
Guy

Hi Swans
This Sunday's B ride is heading to The George & Dragon at Quainton on a 50 mile anti-clockwise route.
At the time of writing, there is a possibility of rain but fingers crossed the forecast will change. It does look quite mild though so hopefully it won't put you off.
The pace will be in the 15-17mph bracket but as always, it will be to suit all attendees with no dropped riders.
Please click "I'm Attending" and I'll see you there.
Cheers

Hi Swan A's,
With Phil suffering from the lurgy and unable to lead this week (get well soon Phil), you get treated to me leading the A.
The weather forecast is for a South Westerly wind so a spin into it to The Milk Shed at Western on the Green is the plan. Hopefully we can get home in time to miss the rain.
A 17mph plus average pace should be expected but as usual, no one will be dropped.
Please click "I'm Attending" and I'll see you at 8:45am on Sunday morning.

Hi Swans
It's the first weekend in June so that means Gran Fondo time again.
This Sunday we are heading to a new cycling themed café in the Chilterns - Musette Café at Aldbury near Tring. https://www.musette.cafe/
The route is 60 miles with the stop just over half way and according to "Ride with GPS" there is just under 2500ft of climbing!?
With no set pace, the ride is open to everyone but expect a minimum average speed of 15mph.
PLEASE NOTE THE EARLIER MEET TIME OF 8:15am for an 8:30am START
Please click the "I'm attending" button and I'll see you all on Sunday Morning.
Cheers

Hi B riders
A North Westerly wind is forecast on Sunday morning so we will be riding into it and heading to Limes Farm at Farthinghoe.
I have found and pinched another of Paul W’s old routes and will add the details on here later. It is a 48 miler with about 2000ft of climbing over the rolling Northants terrain.
Please click “I’m attending” and I’ll see you at 8:45 on Sunday morning.
Cheers

Hi Swan B's
This Sunday our out route takes us into the Southerly wind on a flatter route to the Milkshed at Weston on the Green.
The temperature is forecast to be in the mid to high teens so should make for an ideal ride.
The average pace will be around 15mph, distance 48 miles and the ascent about 1300 ft so another good chance for the faster C's to try the B ride and as usual, no one will be dropped.
Please click "I'm attending" and I'll see you on Sunday morning.
Cheers
