For my first ride as leader i'm going to take you to one of my favourite stops, the George and Dragon in Quainton. At the minute there is a 50% chance of rain and about 10 deg c so pretty warm.

It's a 48.4 mile route with the stop at 30 miles and 2,090ft of climbing with the big hill into ashendon before the cafe so we can have a well deserved rest after the hill.

The pace will be 15-17 mph but we'll go at what everyone is comfortable. I hope to see you at the pool on sunday.

It’s ox lane (padbury brook) completely flooded. Through padbury is fine

No problem, didn’t fancy a swim towards the end of the ride

The ox lane road to lenborough is flooded so not sure what it’ll be like for Sunday

Unfortunately I’m not around again, hopefully be back next week
