Hello C riders! This week I shall be leading you on a northerly loop up through Whittlebury, Abthorpe down through Syresham, and at around the 20 mile mark, to Westbury community cafe for refreshments.
The overall ride will be 33miles. It is a little bit lumpy, but we will take it at a pace at around 13-14 mph with no one left behind.
Weather is looking good for Sunday at the moment, but it could change so keep checking and come dressed appropriately.
Please bring a spare inner tube with you and card/cash for the cafe. Don’t forget to hit the ‘I’m attending!’ Button and I’ll see you by the bike racks at 8:45am. 😀👍

Hi C riders! This week we are heading to Brackley central to meet up with the other groups.

I do have a family event to attend in the afternoon so I am keeping it short at 30 miles in total. I hope this is ok. If you wish to go a bit further I can post an alternate route that will add a few miles to the route home so let me know in the comments.

We will meet at 8:45am for a 9 am start. This will be a social ride at 13-14 mph average to keep our legs going over the winter. No one will be left behind!

If this takes your fancy then please hit the ‘I’m attending’ button and come dressed for the weather with some cash/card for the cafe. Hopefully see you Sunday at the bike racks! 😀

Hi @ChrisP! I notice that you intend to go left onto Banbury road and then cross it the Stoke Lyne rather than the usual right turn that we have done on previous rides. Have you gone that way on your bike before? Banbury road is quite fast and busy and I was wondering how easy it is to cross it into Stoke Lyne.

Hello C riders! This Sunday I will be leading you on a clockwise loop to Stratton Audley barn for coffee and cake! 36 miles in total, stopping at the cafe at around the half way mark.

Weather looks a bit mixed and we could see some rain so please come prepared with a waterproof and mudguards if you have them. If the weather turns apocalyptic, then there is the option to hot foot it home after the cafe. Please keep an eye on this post in case we may need to cancel.

As usual, bring a spare inner tube for your bike, cash or card for the cafe and don’t forget to hit the ‘I’m attending’ button!
