Hello Leisure riders! Its our annual Summer Solstice ride where all our groups meet for Cake and coffee paid for by our lovely club!
We will be heading off towards Maids Moreton, Chackmore and Shalstone on mainly quiet roads before our stop at Westbury Community Cafe to meet the other groups. Then back to Buckingham to complete our 22 mile loop. There may be the odd hill but don't worry as we stop often to have a rest and have a drink. No one will be left behind!
The weather is looking lovely and sunny, so bring some hydration, slap on the factor 50, bring a spare inner tube that fits your bike and of course a helmet is a MUST!
I hope you can come along on this special club ride, if you can, please hit the 'I'm attending' button and meet me by the bike racks at Swan Pool at 8;45am for a 9 am start!
See you Sunday!

Hello C Riders!
Weatherwise it looks like we could see some thunderstorms and rain around midday so I am keeping a close eye on this as it could change in the next couple of days. Also, with the Tour de Vale routes heading into our local cycling area, I'm trying to avoid this too. So I have opted for a local loop to Westbury, around 35 miles, with a view to cutting the ride short if needed. Route is posted below! Please meet at normal time at 8:45am for 9:00am start!!!!!
As usual please hit the 'I'm attending' button and bring with you the usual water, innertubes, cash/card and of course a mac should we need it!
Thanks!

Hello Mid weekers!
Taking the advantage of the lovely weather, this week's ride will take us to Stratton Audley barn for cake, coffee or ice cream!
It's a clockwise route of around 38 flattish miles, stopping at the barn at around the 20 mile mark.
This route can easily be trimmed for those wishing for a shorter route. I will take a steady group and depending on numbers, will require a 2nd ride leader to take those that wish to go a bit swifter! As it's sunny and warm, slap on some sun cream, bring some hydration, an inner tube that fits your bike and some cash/card for the cafe. If you fancy it, please tap the I'm attending button and I will see you by the bike racks at 9:15am for a 9:30 am start.
Thanks!

Hello Leisure riders!
Liz will be your leader this week taking you on a 20 mile loop stopping at Westbury for coffee and cake.
This will be a gentle ride on mainly quiet roads going at a pace to suit you. There are a few lumps on this one, but don't worry no one will be left behind and we've been know to walk up a few of the trickier hills! The weather is looking very fine, so come dressed for it and slap on some sun cream too!
Please bring some water to keep hydrated, an inner tube that fits your bike, some money/card for the cafe and a helmet is a MUST!This is perfect for newcomers who have some experience in cycling on the road, so if you fancy it hit the 'I'm attending' button and meet Liz by the bike racks at 8:45am for a 9am start.
Thanks! -

Hi B Riders! Martin Griffin has very kindly offered to take this ride for me.
Its a 50 mile anticlockwise loop to Brackley Central Cafe. Don't forget it's club meet up day, so that means you have a chance to try another group, either on the way to the cafe or back, maybe try the whole loop! You will be well supported, so give it a go! No one will be left behind! The pace will be 15-17mph average and the weather is looking perfect so slap on a bit of sun cream and work on those tans!
Don't forget some water as its hot, a spare inner tube and some cash/card for the cafe.
Most importantly Hit that 'I'm attending' button and Martin will see you by the bike racks, at 8:45am for a 9am start.
Thanks!
Done! Please see above.
