As I’ve not had any volunteers to lead this weeks C with the awful weather forecast plus I’ll not be able to lead for you for the next few weeks & that includes the Midweek rides to, there will not be a ride this Sunday.
Going forward I’ll be happy to help with any ride planning if required, just contact me.

As you may have read in the last committee meeting that we are planning to firstly run another Ride-Leaders Meet-Up for our volunteers, along with this you are Invited to attend for a SOCIAL evening get together for a drink and chat as well.Route planning: we will be running a route/map training session.

We have been numerously asked to help you with an Introduction Maintenance course for looking after & with some simple instructions to maintain your lovely stead’s & finally we are going to this again for but with ‘Professional’ instructions with the help of Nick Hopton aka Blue Horse Cycles http://www.bluehorsebikes.co.uk
Up-Date: We are doing this event again at the Larder Café with Coffee, Tea, Cake (2 options) and Sausage Roll (1 ea.) the cost will be £10.00 each. https://www.manorfarmbourton.co.uk/the-larder-cafe/
Date for the Diary: on Saturday April 20th from 10 till 12.
The running order is follows:
1) Puncture Repair process.
2) Pre-Ride Checks, wheels, brakes, saddle bag etc.
3) Post Ride Cleaning/lubricants & general tips.
4) Finally over to you: have you any questions?So what is expected of you?
a) If you wish you can bring your own bike to follow through some of the teachings.
b) There will be a few break out ‘work stations’ for you to apply these skills.
c) Suitable clothing as it may be chilly & you're probably going to get a bit dirty.
d) For your participation will be expecting plenty of questions, so get those thinking caps on.
e) We have two hours to play-with so come & go whenever you can.We hope that this will be ok with you all, so if you going to join us please hit the Attending Button, as I will need to report back the numbers.

Please note that many of the routes contained within this library will have been deleted, changed by there authors. But still some good ideas though.
For my routes I update, remove etc so the Garmin links will not work, so if you have any problems, need one then just drop me a message with your intended destination and I'll sort one and include the .gpx file for other appliances.
For you Garmin users there is a new version of Garmin Express now (2023) and is only useable on a PC not a tablet etc, Connect is your only option for routing on a these.
I've had no Ride Leader volunteers for this weeks ride plus I'm not available again for a couple of weeks or so sadly, so I've decided to post the following routes for you to the CTR Cafe with a choice of either a 35 or 40 mile ride, the details are below as normal, to which I'm sure that you will be okay with this approach.
