There's been a desire for a while to run some longer rides, so here's one for you at 55 miles for the medium pace riders. A bit of time for some "ground baiting" for this more direct route there and back for around 1:15 pm. For this I'd like to lead you all to my favourite watering hole at Waterperry Gardens.
I hope this Strava link works for you all, https://www.strava.com/routes/5444878.
As the ride is a little longer please think to have some food in your pocket and drink on board..

Have tried a few bib shorts over the few years I've been riding Matt, obviously you "harden up" a bit, did buy some Chamois cream, Udderly smooth! Β£3:50 a tub & Yep base & used for cow milking udder use, it did help early on. Anyway back to shorts, cheaper DHB differently not more expensive one I have are ok, SMS (Santini) pair are good but the best ones I've got/use are my Endura ones.
Excellent kit all round really. -

Will be heading for Farthinghoe for this weeks ride and it's a 42 miler, not to much serious climbing today for us but it is N'ants, so a little rolling as you know?! but as I say all in a cyclist day! excellent Tea shop too.
