Downloaded the file and, rather oddly, it shows the waypoints taking an anticlockwise route and the miles a clockwise one!

Short and pretty gentle ride of 31miles. Panhandle route to Grendon Underwood via Gawcott and the Claydons. Back via Marsh Gibbon, stopping at Twyford village cafe then back via Steeple Claydon and Gawcott. Lenborough hill will allow you to expend any excess energy!

A fairly gently 38 mile route to Salcey Forest via Maids Moreton, Deanshanger and Castlethorpe. Back via Stoke Bruerne (could stop there is some prefer) and on to Whittlebury and Silverstone. A bit breezy perhaps but dry and fairly warm.

In case riders would like something a bit shorter and easier here's an alternative - 34 miles via Farthinghoe. Out via Chackmore , Syresham, Helmdon, Sulgrave. Back via Charlton, Evenley, Mixbury, Finmere and Gawcott.

It's a bit further than usual for a Wednesday, but the Bugbrooke community cafe isn't open on Sunday and it's a while since I've been there. 42 miles via Maids Moreton, Wicken, Paulerspury, Shutlanger, Blissworth and Gayton. Back via Litchborough, Blakesley and Silverstone.
If some want a ride but don't want to go that far I'll propose a second route (TBA) nearer 30 miles in length.

Will probably stay to the G&D and then take a short-cut home. I need to be back pretty early.

Keeping the theme of shorter rides to get us back in the swing relatively gently, we have a 29 mile ride to the Green Dragon. First going North to Akeley and then to Thornborough, Great Horwood, Winslow, and Granborough. Returning via East Claydon and Gawcott. Please indicate if you are coming.

Paul's gpx file does not correspond with his Garmin course, so here's my reproduction of the Course.

OK so we (or at least I) are on for tomorrow. Please indicate if you intend joining me. I'll stick to the route that Paul planned.

If it doesn't go I'm happy to lead tomorrow. If I do it'll be pretty slow - still recovering from lurg induced inactivity.

I'd probably prefer something a bit shorter after weeks out of the saddle - but I'll go with the flow, if perhaps at a relatively gentle pace.

Thanks for the advice - whether my navigation skills are up to taking it, is clearly open to question.

Couple of options for tomorrow. Cheapskate that I am, the Bugbrooke community cafe has enormous appeal. It's around 43 miles and quite undulating. Some might prefer a gentler shorter ride so an alternative is the (ever popular!) Stratton Audley Barn which is 10 miles shorter and a bit less hilly. Your preferences?
