3 day, family friendly, vintage themed cycling festival with a 25, 55 or 100 ride on the Sunday.
Ride entry (and three day festival pass) is £65 + accommodation, travel etc on top.
Thought it maybe of interest to some for a weekend (or a day) of nostalgia, riding in the Peak District, enjoying food, live music and other delights.
More information can be found at: http://eroicabritannia.co.uk/

Something I'm sure alot of you already know, but there are some great free maps avaliable for Garmin if you don't find the base maps much use.
Its also great if you've got an older or lower spec device (e.g. The 520) with limited, non expandable storage as you can pick the areas/tiles of maps you want to download.
Follow "DC Rain Makers" tutorial. Doesn't take long to do but you'll need to be a little tech savvy.
https://www.dcrainmaker.com/2013/05/download-garmin-705800810.htmlIf you want to jump straight in, take a look at:
http://garmin.openstreetmap.nlYou’ll want to then choose ‘Routable Bicycle’ as the map type.
