Hi Swan C's
This Sunday's C ride is 38 miles and the coffee and cake stop is the Green Dragon Eco centre at Hogshaw which has recently been taken over. We will have to cover a small section of roads in both directions as the HS2 / EWR road closures don't make it easy to plan a route.
It looks like it could be a touch breezy but with a bit of luck there might be some sunshine as well.
We will meet at 8:45 at meeting point C for a 9am start. Please stay within your group and observe Covid rules at all times and don't forget a mask for the coffee stop.
Please click the "I'm attending" button to register your attendance and please would some of you be prepared to lead sub groups.
See you on Sunday
Guy

Hi Swan C's
This Sundays C ride is heading on a 38 mile loop to The George & Dragon at Quainton (sorry to the midweekers that went there but you can never have too many eccles cakes!).
Our route takes us via Gawcott, Lenborough, Padbury, Thornborough, Singleborough, Great and Little Horwood, Swanbourne, Winslow, Granborough, North Marston and Quainton for our stop at around 26 miles. Then home via Botolph and East Claydon, Padbury, Lenborough and Gawcott.
As there is likely to be more than six attendees, please could I ask for volunteers to lead sub groups.
Please meet at meeting point C (I don't know how to add the map but it is on previously posted rides) and adhere to Covid rules at the meet point and at the stop.
Lets hope we get some sunshine and I'll see you on Sunday morning.

Hi Swans
This Sunday's Leisure ride is heading to the George & Dragon at Quainton where we will rendezvous with the C ride. If you would like to test yourself and ride one half with each ride then feel free. We will be riding a 25 mile loop with the stop at 13 miles.
The route is relatively flat but we will no doubt head into some reasonably strong winds so I'm sure we will work up an appetite for a nice slice of cake.
As well as the winds there is a chance of rain so come prepared with a rain jacket, spare inner tube and of course a helmet is mandatory.
Everyone is welcome including new riders so see you at Swan pool at 8:45am on Sunday morning.
Cheers
Guy

Sorry Stewart I’m not going to make it tomorrow. Been struggling with a bad back all week and don’t know if I’ll handle 40 miles. Hope you have a good ride and stay dry 🚴♂️👍🤞
