BUCKINGHAM CHARITY CARNIVAL, “DEFI CYCLISTE EN EQUIPE” TEAM CYCLING CHALLENGE...
INFORMATION SHEET
This unique event as part of the Carnival on the days programme in aid of Cancer Research UK.
This is a “Team” cycling event where families and friends can combine to take part, have fun meeting the challenge of searching for clues and then to enjoy the activities at the Carnival. There will be a choice of THREE destinations - to the North, South, East and West of Buckingham each route being different to cover either 10, 15, or 20 miles, thanks to yours truly!!
You will need to meet at the carnival site from 9:00am to collect all the clues and details of your destinations. It is not a race but we hope you will return by 1.30pm!
At your destinations you will have clues to search for and items to bring back
contributing to the ‘Rainbow of Hope’.
The solutions to the clues all relate in some way to the “TOUR DE FRANCE”
ENTRANCE FEE: ADULT £10 UNDER 18 £5

The Carnival will close at the end of the day with a “Lantern of Light” ceremony and parade as a poignant moment of reflection for those loved ones no longer with us. Cancer Research UK Charity no. 1089464
