SWCC B Ride - 07-Jan-24

To Noah or not to Noah!!! A boat would have been useful last Sunday with the biblical conditions encountered. Thankfully the weather forecast is not predicting any more rain this weekend. So looking forward to riding two by two through our green & pleasant shire.

Enough already, I'll leave the waffle to our Chairthingy, Chapeau Selby ...........................

We are off to Salcey Forrest, riding a slightly lumpy 38-mile ride taking in the villages of South Northamptonshire. This distance is ideal for those C riders who wish to step-up and stretch their legs at a B pace.

@StewartB the course has it returning down the A422, don't fancy that plus there a few other ???? ... points

An alternative is to cross the Ouse at Stony Stratford, turn left at the lights in Old Stratford and pick up the cycle way just before the road comes out on the A422, and this takes you to the Deanshanger roundabout (option to rejoin the Passenham Road or use the cycle bridge)
