  Unfortunately I'll be avoiding group rides for now as my wife is having a hip operation this week, so we are isolating to be on the safe side. Enjoy your ride tomorrow. See you all in a few weeks.

  I'm happy to lead a second group too, with the slight caveat that I appear to be suffering more than my fair share of punctures at the moment. If that happens again on Sunday a reserve leader might be required!
