Right gentlemen,
Here is the plan for Sunday :
We will meet at W Ganderton & Son @07:00 load up and head to Wendover. We'll park in the car park in the middle of town. I'd like to be pedalling before 08:00 if possible.
There is nowhere on the route to stop for cake so please bring your own snacks and drinks. We will plan on a refreshment pause about halfway round, aiming to finish before lunch. Please bring a change of clothes for the journey home. We can stop on the way home if anyone needs more food. Finally back to Solstice Cycles for a well deserved cup of tea.
I had some trouble downloading the GPX from the MTB trails web site. I have made my own copy. If you want it the files are below.Wendover_GPX.gpx
Wendover_TCX.tcxIf I think of anything else I'll post up here. If you have any questions do the same.
See you all Sunday morning. -

Hi all, I'm keen to plan an off road ride in and around Wendover Woods.
Have a look at this link. I would like to do the Hill Fort Tour loop.

The idea is that @Dannytomblin and I will provide transport for people and bikes, we'll explore the woods and then have a bite to eat afterwards. Bring snacks for the mid ride pause and a change of clothes! Suitable bikes e.g. knobbly tyres will be needed and a certain level of courage.
Let me know if you fancy going.

That's the coolest thing I've seen this year.
