Due to my deeply annoying knee op I have to duck out of the Fred Whitton. It is pretty hard to get in as it is a ballot to entre, this is a iconic ride through some amazing and challenging countryside around the lake district Matt and Stephen will be riding to. To get a place next year I have to get someone to pick up my place and pay the entry, they then roll my place over, check out the website http://www.fredwhittonchallenge.co.uk/
